From the Desk of Mrs Kristin West
Hello, Hello Everyone
My name is Mrs. Kristin West, and I am the new ESL teacher here at
Oakland Elementary School, this is my 19th year of teaching and it's also my 4th year at FCPS. My husband and I live in Falkner, MS. Even though we don’t have any children of our own, we do have five nieces, four nephews and two great-nephews that we enjoy spending time with whenever possible. I am very excited to be working with our English Language Learners and their families this year. My focus will be on helping students improve their reading, writing, and speaking skills.
